FEZF2

Description

The FEZF2 (FEZ family zinc finger 2) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 3.

FEZF2 is a protein encoded by the FEZ2 gene in humans. It is an ortholog of the C. elegans unc-76 gene, which is important for axonal bundling and elongation. Other related genes include the rat gene for zygin II, which can bind to synaptotagmin. FEZF2 has been shown to interact with Protein kinase Mζ.

FEZF2 is also known as FEZ, FEZL, FKSG36, TOF, ZFP312, ZNF312.
