Description
The EEF2KMT (eukaryotic elongation factor 2 lysine methyltransferase) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 16.
EEF2KMT is an enzyme that adds three methyl groups to a specific lysine residue (Lys-525) on the eukaryotic elongation factor 2 (EEF2) protein.
