The DYNLL1 (dynein light chain LC8-type 1) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 12.
DYNLL1 encodes a protein called Dynein light chain 1, cytoplasmic. This protein is part of the cytoplasmic dynein complex, a large enzyme responsible for intracellular transport and motility.
