Dual specificity protein phosphatase 22 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the DUSP22 gene.

DUSP22 activates the JNK signaling pathway, a key signaling cascade involved in cellular responses to stress and various stimuli.

DUSP22 is also known as JKAP, JSP-1, JSP1, LMW-DSP2, LMWDSP2, MKP-x, MKPX, VHX.
