DHRSX

Description

The DHRSX (dehydrogenase/reductase X-linked) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome X|Y.

DHRSX, also known as dehydrogenase/reductase (SDR family) X-linked, is an enzyme encoded by the pseudoautosomal DHRSX gene in humans. It belongs to the short-chain dehydrogenase family of oxidoreductase enzymes.

DHRSX positively regulates starvation-induced autophagy.

DHRSX is also known as CXorf11, DHRS5X, DHRS5Y, DHRSXY, DHRSY, SDR46C1, SDR7C6.
