DCAF6

Description

The DCAF6 (DDB1 and CUL4 associated factor 6) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 1.

DCAF6 acts as a ligand-dependent coactivator of nuclear receptors, specifically enhancing the transcriptional activity of NR3C1 and AR. Additionally, it may function as a substrate receptor for the CUL4-DDB1 E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex.

DCAF6 is also known as 1200006M05Rik, ARCAP, IQWD1, MSTP055, NRIP, PC326.
