DAPP1

Description

The DAPP1 (dual adaptor of phosphotyrosine and 3-phosphoinositides 1) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 4.

DAPP1 is a protein encoded by the DAPP1 gene in humans. It functions as a dual adapter for phosphotyrosine and 3-phosphoinositide.

DAPP1 acts as a B-cell-associated adapter that regulates B-cell antigen receptor (BCR) signaling downstream of PI3K.

DAPP1 is also known as BAM32.
