DACT3

Description

The DACT3 (dishevelled binding antagonist of beta catenin 3) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 19.

DACT3 is thought to be involved in regulating intracellular signaling pathways during development, particularly the canonical and/or non-canonical Wnt signaling pathways. It accomplishes this by interacting with the Dishevelled (DSH) family proteins.

DACT3 is also known as DAPPER3, RRR1.
