CTSH (Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation) is a multinational information technology services and consulting firm headquartered in Teaneck, New Jersey. It is listed on the NASDAQ-100 under the symbol CTSH. The company originated in Chennai, India, as an internal technology division of Dun & Bradstreet in 1994. It began serving external clients in 1996 and went public in 1998. Ravi Kumar Singisetti has been the CEO since January 2023, succeeding Brian Humphries. CTSH's history involves several corporate restructuring events, including its spin-off from Dun & Bradstreet in 1996 and the acquisition of Satyam's stake in 1997.
