Chronic suppurative rhinosinusitis (CSR) is a persistent inflammation of the paranasal sinuses, lasting for 12 weeks or longer. It is characterized by the presence of thick, yellow-greenish nasal discharge, nasal congestion, and facial pain or pressure.
