The CSAG1 (chondrosarcoma associated gene 1) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome X.

CSAG1 may contribute significantly to preserving the structural stability of centrosomes during cell division (mitosis).

CSAG1 is also known as CSAGE, CT24.1.
