Description

The COMMD10 (COMM domain containing 10) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 5.

COMMD10 might regulate the activity of cullin-RING E3 ubiquitin ligase (CRL) complexes. It may also suppress the activation of NF-kappa-B.

COMMD10 is also known as PTD002.
