The CFP (complement factor properdin) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome X.

CFP may refer to:

Properdin is a positive regulator of the alternative pathway (AP) of complement. It binds to and stabilizes the C3- and C5-convertase enzyme complexes. It also inhibits the degradation of complement component C3b by the CFI-CFH complex.

CFP is also known as BFD, PFC, PFD, PROPERDIN.
