The CERCAM (cerebral endothelial cell adhesion molecule) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 9.

CERCAM is an international research center established in 1990 at the Université Paul Valéry of Montpellier (France). It was founded by the association of several research groups and its library was built with donations from Professors Émilienne Demougeot and Bernard Schouler. CERCAM stands for Centre d’étude et de recherche sur les civilisations antiques de la Méditerranée, which translates to Centre for the study and research of the ancient civilizations of the Mediterranean. It houses several research teams and welcomes researchers and students specializing in ancient Greece and Rome in both history and classics. CERCAM brings together historians of the Greco-Roman world, including archaeologists, philologists, and specialists in Greek and Roman literature.

CERCAM is also known as CEECAM1, GLT25D3.
