Description
Coronary chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a progressive lung disease that affects the airways and makes it difficult to breathe. It is characterized by airflow limitation that is persistent and usually irreversible. COPD is typically caused by long-term exposure to tobacco smoke or other irritants, such as air pollution or occupational dusts.
