CCDC121

Description

The CCDC121 (coiled-coil domain containing 121) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 2.

CCDC121, also known as coiled-coil domain containing 121, is a human protein encoded by the CCDC121 gene located on chromosome 2. This gene produces three protein isoforms, all of which contain a domain of unknown function (DUF4515 or pfam14988). CCDC121 is 3,394 base pairs long and generates four different mRNAs: three alternatively spliced variants and one unspliced form. These transcripts range in size from 2,361 to 2,880 base pairs and contain two exons separated by a gt-ag intron.

CCDC121 is also known as -.
