CACNA2D3-AS1

Description

The CACNA2D3-AS1 (CACNA2D3 antisense RNA 1) is a ncRNA gene located on chromosome 3.

CACNA2D3-AS1 is a long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) located on chromosome 1. It is transcribed from the opposite strand of the CACNA2D3 gene, which encodes the alpha-2/delta subunit of the L-type voltage-dependent calcium channel. CACNA2D3-AS1 is thought to play a role in regulating the expression of the CACNA2D3 gene.

The function of CACNA2D3-AS1 is not yet fully understood, but it is thought to play a role in regulating the expression of the CACNA2D3 gene. CACNA2D3-AS1 may also be involved in other cellular processes, such as calcium signaling and muscle development.

CACNA2D3-AS1 is also known as -.
