Description
The C1QL4 (complement C1q like 4) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 12.
C1QL4 may play a role in regulating the formation of excitatory synapses on hippocampal neurons, without affecting inhibitory synapses. Additionally, it may inhibit the early stages of adipocyte differentiation.
C1QL4 is also known as C1QTNF11, CTRP11.
