It’s been a while that we’ve been at home, and that can take a toll on wellbeing. This video is my attempt to put together my expertise in psychological counseling, health communication and facilitating adaptation in order to do my bit to help. This is very important to me given the times we’ve found ourselves in as a species. Please watch this informative, light, and important video – there are some useful tips that we can all use to take care of ourselves during these times.

While we know that physical health is important, wellbeing and health are more than just physical. And we can all benefit from self-care during self-isolation. Stay at home, share this video, and you will have done your bit. We’re in this together; we will overcome together.
