Day 1 of MMG SMART Lifestyle Challenge being a Sunday, our fitness experts and team voted for walking.

For Novices, our fitness experts recommend starting with a 15-minute walk at an easy pace. On Day 1, we don’t want you to overdo things. Wear comfortable clothes and the right shoes. Track your walking, if possible.

For people who follow a regular fitness regime, our experts recommend going for their regular run or interval walking.

With the Aquarius ruling, can we think of anything but Water for Day 1 of better lifestyle? When we talked to our expert nutritionists about a change in lifestyle, they first mentioned water intake. They recommend a gallon (approx. 3.8L) of water through various sources, at proper intervals.

For those who want to learn more, there are web sites and apps that calculate and even track water intake.
