The B3GNT8 (UDP-GlcNAc:betaGal beta-1,3-N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase 8) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 19.

This enzyme is a beta-1,3-N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase involved in the elongation of specific branch structures of multiantennary N-glycans. It exhibits strong activity towards tetraantennary N-glycans and 2,6 triantennary glycans.

B3GNT8 is also known as B3GALT7, BGALT15, beta3Gn-T8.
