Description
The ATP1A1-AS1 (ATP1A1 antisense RNA 1) is a ncRNA gene located on chromosome 1.
ATP1A1-AS1 is a long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) transcribed from the antisense strand of the ATP1A1 gene. It is located on chromosome 19 and expressed in various tissues, including brain, heart, and skeletal muscle.
