The ATG16L2 (autophagy related 16 like 2) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 11.
May contribute to maintaining the balance of epithelial cells, possibly through its interaction with ATG16L1.
ATG16L2 is also known as ATG16B, WDR80.
