ARL14EP

Description

The ARL14EP (ADP ribosylation factor like GTPase 14 effector protein) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 11.

ARL14EP, through its interaction with ARL14 and MYO1E, plays a role in linking MHC class II-containing cytoplasmic vesicles to the actin network within dendritic cells. This connection enables the controlled movement of these vesicles along the actin cytoskeleton.

ARL14EP is also known as ARF7EP, C11orf46, dJ299F11.1.
