ARHGEF10L

Description

The ARHGEF10L (Rho guanine nucleotide exchange factor 10 like) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 1.

ARHGEF10L acts as a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) for the Rho GTPases RHOA, RHOB, and RHOC. GEFs promote the exchange of GDP for GTP on Rho GTPases, activating them and enabling them to regulate various cellular processes.

ARHGEF10L is also known as GrinchGEF.
