ARHGEF10

Description

The ARHGEF10 (Rho guanine nucleotide exchange factor 10) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 8.

The human ARHGEF10 gene codes for the Rho guanine nucleotide exchange factor 10 protein. Rho GTPases are critical in many cellular processes triggered by extracellular signals acting through G protein coupled receptors. ARHGEF10 might form a complex with G proteins and activate Rho-dependent signaling.

ARHGEF10 is also known as GEF10, SNCV.
