ARHGAP33

Description

The ARHGAP33 (Rho GTPase activating protein 33) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 19.

ARHGAP33 plays a role in intracellular trafficking and potentially regulates glucose transport in response to insulin. It might act as a downstream effector of RHOQ/TC10 in insulin-stimulated glucose transport.

ARHGAP33 is also known as NOMA-GAP, SNX26, TCGAP.
