ARHGAP25

Description

The ARHGAP25 (Rho GTPase activating protein 25) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 2.

ARHGAP25, also known as KAIA0053, is a human protein encoded by the ARHGAP25 gene. It belongs to a family of Rho GTPase-modulating proteins that play a role in actin remodeling, cell polarity, and cell migration.

ARHGAP25 acts as a GTPase activator for Rho-type GTPases, promoting their inactivation by converting them to a GDP-bound state.

ARHGAP25 is also known as HEL-S-308, KAIA0053.
