ARHGAP20

Description

The ARHGAP20 (Rho GTPase activating protein 20) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 11.

ARHGAP20 acts as a GTPase activator for Rho-type GTPases. It does this by converting these GTPases to an inactive state, where they are bound to GDP.

ARHGAP20 is also known as RARHOGAP.
