ARHGAP11A

Description

The ARHGAP11A (Rho GTPase activating protein 11A) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 15.

ARHGAP11A acts as a GTPase activator for Rho-type GTPases, effectively switching them off by converting them to an inactive, GDP-bound state.

ARHGAP11A is also known as GAP (1-12).
