ANKRD13D

Description

The ANKRD13D (ankyrin repeat domain 13D) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 11.

ANKRD13D is a ubiquitin-binding protein that specifically recognizes and binds 'Lys-63'-linked ubiquitin, but not 'Lys-48'-linked ubiquitin. It plays a role in regulating the internalization of activated EGFR by binding to ubiquitinated EGFR at the cell membrane.
