ANKMY1

Description

The ANKMY1 (ankyrin repeat and MYND domain containing 1) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 2.

The ANKMY1 gene is located on chromosome 2, spanning from base position 240,479,422 to 240,577,988. It encodes a protein of 941 amino acids, with a molecular weight of approximately 105.5 kDa and an isoelectric point of 6.3. The protein is characterized by the presence of three MORN domains, seven ANK repeats, and a single MYND zinc finger. It is ubiquitously expressed in most tissues. The ANKMY1 protein structure consists of both beta sheets and alpha helices.

ANKMY1 is also known as ZMYND13.
