The AMIGO3 (adhesion molecule with Ig like domain 3) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 3.
AMIGO3 might play a role in heterophilic cell-cell interactions. It might also contribute to signal transduction through its intracellular domain, similar to other related proteins.
AMIGO3 is also known as ALI3, AMIGO-3.
