ACTA2-AS1
Description
ACTG2-AS1, also known as LINC00629, is a long non-coding RNA (lncRNA). LncRNAs are a class of RNA molecules that do not encode proteins but play important regulatory roles in various cellular processes. ACTG2-AS1 has been shown to be involved in a number of biological pathways, including cell proliferation, apoptosis, and inflammation. Recent studies have suggested that ACTG2-AS1 may be associated with several diseases, including cancer, cardiovascular disease, and neurological disorders.
Associated Diseases
- Cancer (e.g., colorectal cancer, lung cancer, breast cancer)
- Cardiovascular disease (e.g., atherosclerosis, coronary artery disease)
- Neurological disorders (e.g., Alzheimer‘s disease, Parkinson‘s disease)
