ODAD3

Description

The ODAD3 (outer dynein arm docking complex subunit 3) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 19.

ODAD3 plays a crucial role in the attachment of outer dynein arms (ODAs) to the doublet microtubule within cilia. It acts as a bridge, facilitating the assembly of both ODAs and their docking complex onto the ciliary microtubules.

ODAD3 is also known as CCDC151, CILD30, ODA10.
