GATAD1


Description

The GATAD1 (GATA zinc finger domain containing 1) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 7.

GATAD1 is part of certain chromatin complexes that bind to histone H3 lysine 4 (H3K4) methylation sites on chromatin. It has a preference for trimethylated H3K4 (H3K4me3).

GATAD1 is also known as CMD2B, ODAG, RG083M05.2.
